Booking Terms & Conditions
To secure your reservation, payment is required via bank transfer. After submitting your booking request, please share your email address and WhatsApp number so we can send you an official invoice along with our bank transfer details. Payments can be made via Wise or any other supported transfer platform.
Once the invoice is issued, we will temporarily hold your selected dates for 24 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the dates will be released back to the market for other guests, without further notice.
Your booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received. By proceeding with a booking request, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
